NEPAL TATTOO CONVENTION 2024 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booth space is not confirmed until full payment is received.

2. The organizers reserve the right to decline any application.

3. Only application that are filled completely will be considered.

4. Information filled in the Booth Booking Form should be done without any alterations

5. It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to pay for all storage charges, shipping/handling, licenses, permits, fees, insurance, damages and duties costs incurred for this event.

6. The Organisers will take precautions they consider necessary for the protection and security of exhibited articles but cannot be responsible for the safety, loss or damage of any exhibit or other property or any other person under any circumstances whatsoever.

7. Organisers reserve the rights to close the exhibition anytime if required due to health, security or any other unforeseen reason and will not be liable for doing so.

8. If the event is cancelled organisers will return deposits but will not be responsible for the cost of any work carried out by the exhibitors or their contractors.

9. Disturbance: The Organisers reserve the right to stop any activity on the part of any Exhibitor that may cause disturbance to other Exhibitors or visitors. Business must be conducted only from the Exhibitor’s own booth and under no circumstances may this be carried out from an aisle way or elsewhere in the Exhibition. Any such encroachment shall be deemed to be a breach of this contract.

10. No booth may be sublet in any manner without the consent of the organizers

11. Cancellation of booth: In exceptional circumstances the Organizers will be prepared to consider cancellation of their Contract with Exhibitors, but only if the following conditions are complied with:

(a)That the request via email is received at least 45 days prior to the opening of the Exhibition

(b)That the Organisers are able to re-let the cancelled space in its entirety;

(c)That the Exhibitor agrees that the Organisers shall retain 50 per cent of the contract price if the cancellation space is unable to be re-let to other exhibitors.
